Located in the uptown area of Atlantic City, this home provides a peaceful and fun space for a relaxing and entertaining getaway. Located across from the Historic Gardner’s Basin, not too far from the casinos, beach and boardwalk! The home has been freshly designed with décor to you make you wind down and just take it easy. With tasteful style and a view of the water from the front of the home, this space is a perfect location for a family or group to soak up all the best that Atlantic City has to offer. The lower main level of the home has a large "Game Den" and entertainment space with a pub size pool table and a fun electronic Pac Man arcade game. There is a half bathroom in this area, as well as a door to exit to the backyard. This lower level also has a separate sitting room with a large leather couch and a TV, perfect for kids to hangout and watch their favorite shows while the adults play a fun game of pool. The 2nd floor has a living room with a large TV, a loveseat and a couch that rolls out and folds up for an additional sleeping arrangement. There is a small deck off the living room area at the front of the home, perfect to watch the large fishing boats come in and out of the Basin. The kitchen has all the appliances and amenities needed to prepare a meal. There is a dining table to seat up to 8, and a door from the kitchen to exit down the stairs to the backyard. There is also half bath on the 2nd level. (*Currently the dishwasher does not work. We are in the process of having it fixed and resolved and we do apologize for any inconvenience*) You may enjoy the backyard with some seating, and much space to hang out. There is a charcoal grill in the backyard for guest to use. *(Please note that we do not supply charcoal or lighter fluid, guests must supply their own) The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms, with a total of 4 beds. The master ensuite bedroom has a queen bed, a TV and a newly updated full bathroom with a beautiful stand-up shower. There is also a desk with a chair for a workspace. As well as there is a fold out chair that can be converted into a single twin sized layout for an additional sleeping arrangement. Come stay at the Buoy Bay AC for your next shore getaway! THE SPACE Upon entering the home, there is a vestibule area with large closets and an entry bench that has storage for shoes and other items. The entry leads in to the spacious living room and adjoining dining area which has 2 couches, a large TV and a large table to seat 8 for meals. This space is perfect for guests to relax and enjoy a comfortable setting. There is also a newly renovated full bathroom on the main level of the home with luxury features. The kitchen is large and open, with ample counter space, lots of cabinets and brand new luxury line appliances. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, dishware, glassware, utensils and much more! There is a separate beverage fridge, a Keurig coffee maker and a table to seat 4. Off of the kitchen is another dining and entertainment space with a table to seat 6, a large TV and a counter bar area with 3 stools. From this room, open the sliding doors and you will be greeted with a large deck which sits directly on the water. The deck has a propane grill, an outdoor table to seat 6 and 2 lounge chairs for sunning. (There is not access permitted to the lower portion of the deck and we do not provide propane for the grill) Upstairs on the 2nd floor of the home, there are 3 roomy bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Each bedroom has cozy and luxurious linens with ample closet space. The master bedroom has a King Bed, a chaise lounge couch and water views. The unit is in a complex on a beach block directly across from Ocean Resort & Casino and next to The Showboat Hotel. Take a lovely, quick stroll to the boardwalk and beach. The unit comes with one assigned parking space which will be provided to you with your check in directions. (Please note that you cannot on street park any vehicles in this vicinity. But the Ocean Casino parking garage is directly across the street if you have an additional vehicle that you require parking for.) Please note that like many areas of the city, the complex parking lot has the possibility of puddling or flooding when it rains. This factor is out of our control and we suggest parking at Ocean Casino across the street in the event that it becomes problematic. The unit has central air, but being it is a 2 floor unit with 2 levels, at times the power of air conditioning may compete with heat rising. We do provide fans if needed to help circulate the air and keep temperatures down for your comfortability.
