The Main Level of the home has a living room, kitchen, full bathroom with tub, and 1 Bedroom. There is a large smart TV in the living room. The kitchen has new appliances and a table with 4 stools. (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps) Main Level Bedroom 1 - 1 King Bed and TV Upstairs Level of the home has 3 bedrooms and 1 ensuite half bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 - "Spa Room" - 1 Queen Bed, en suite half bathroom and jacuzzi tub, TV Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Bed and TV Bedroom 4 - 1 King Bed and TV Additional Sleeping - There is a futon in Bedroom 4 and 1 air mattress provided for additional sleeping. ***This is a second level unit. There is a flight of stairs to enter the unit, and another flight of stairs to the upper 3rd level. To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels, and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed. The home has Wifi, and the exterior of the home is protected by Ring Security. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. This is an attached property, so there is another attached residence to the right. We have no affiliation to the neighboring unit. There is another separate 1 bedroom unit below this one. Both units share the main door into the property but have their own separate unit door entrances. There is no accessibility, adjoining, or shared spaces between the 2 units. Please be respectful of the lower units and other guests. Being these are attached and adjoining properties and units, there may be the potential for noise. In the event of any disturbances, please reach out and we will do our best to have it resolved. There is keyless entry. You will be provided with a door code for the front door the day of your stay, approximately 1 hour prior to check in. There is no driveway or designated parking. There is no washer and dryer on site. This is a Duplex property with a 1 bedroom vacation rental unit below. Both units enter through the main front door and have separate entrances for each unit. The front patio is a shared space with the lower unit. Guests can use front patio but we ask that guests not to use the front patio before 10am or after 9pm Atlantic City is a multi cultural city style area. The neighborhood is mostly vacation rentals and working class Atlantic City residents. Being it is a city and there are other properties nearby, there is always a potential for noise. The home has been newly renovated and designed with tasteful and comfortable décor to make you feel at home. There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The space is a perfect location for a family or group to soak up all the best that Atlantic City has to offer within a short drive. The main level has a living room with a large cable and smart TV (There is no cable for the TVs, just streaming apps), comfortable chairs and a futon couch that folds down for an additional sleeping arrangement. (*it is not a pull out couch with a mattress, just a futon style couch that folds). There is a kitchen table to seat 4. The kitchen has brand new appliances and all the amenities needed to prepare a meal. A door from the kitchen exits to the back patio and backyard space. There is also half bath on the 1st level. There is a front porch, perfect for sitting outside to get some fresh air or to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. There is also seating in the back yard, a fire pit area, a pergola area with a table and chairs and a charcoal grill and fire pit in the backyard. (Please note that we do not supply charcoal, grill accessories, or firewood) The home has an open concept common area with a comfortable living room, dining area and kitchen. There is a large TV and roomy seating area in the living room (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps). The dining table accommodates 4, and there are 2 stools for the kitchen bar counter. There is an office off of the living room at the front of the home when you enter that has a desk and chair as well as a small couch that can open to a double sized sleeper. The home features several murals and works of art by local and international artists making it one of a kind! The schedule is fully up to date. If it shows as available, it is but is on instant book so first come first serve. If it’s blocked, that means it’s booked and is NOT available. Our prices are up to date and non-negotiable. Our houses are unique and unlike anything else in AC. Respectfully, requests for negotiations will not be answered. IF YOUR DATES ARE BOOKED, PLEASE ASK ABOUT OUR OTHER LISTINGS. This house cannot accommodate more than 10 guests. Large Parties and events with more than 10 are strictly prohibited. Please keep in mind I live around the corner, am good friends with the neighbor, and actively check on all of our listings The open concept on the first floor is ideal for hosting your group and entertaining! When entering from the front porch the living room offers a smart tv (There is no cable for the TVs, just streaming apps) , comfortable seating and an open view of the kitchen. In the front of the home there is also a deck with 2 chairs to relax outdoors and enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail. Please note that to enter the home there is a flight of stairs to the upper deck and front door. The entry leads into a dining area with a table to seat 8 and a large open concept kitchen stocked with new appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure. The living room is cute and cozy with a sectional sofa and TV for your viewing pleasure (There is no cable for the TV just streaming apps). The kitchen is roomy and well stocked with all appliances and amenities to enjoy your meals. There are 3 bedrooms in total. Each have linens supplied and have clothing storage and/or closets. - Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed & Smart TV - Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed & Smart TV - Bedroom 3 - Single Sleeper Futon Sofa and 1 Queen Air Mattress The home has 1 full updated bathroom. There is also a laundry area with a washer and dryer. There is a spacious well maintained backyard to enjoy the outdoors or a game of croquet. The backyard has a beautiful garden with fresh herbs, raspberries, grapes and an apple tree that guests may enjoy. There are also some crab traps if any guest would like to test their luck at catching some blue claws! The garage is also available for usage if needed and has an additional fridge/freezer. There is a driveway for off street parking for 2 vehicles. Beach Tags are provided, as well as beach items such as boogie boards and beach chairs. Just bring your swim suit and sunscreen! The home is also equipped with Wifi, a drip coffee maker with a bean grinder, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, games, vinyl record player, beach items and much more! To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed. This home is in a great location! Walkable and bikeable to many local attractions! Best beach in Brigantine with real bathrooms and showers is Roosevelt. Brigantine is also close to Atlantic City! Just over the Brigantine Bridge, you can enjoy the Boardwalk, Beach, Casinos, Restaurants, Entertainment and Sight-Seeing. This home is dog friendly and we do not mind hosting your fur family member. If you decide to include your dog on your trip we do ask that you remain respectful to the home and property. There is a $50.00 pet fee. We allow 1 dog, 40 pounds or under. Any dogs over that size or quantity must be approved in advance and there will be an additional fee. A medium-sized dog cage will be provided, and a larger dog cage is available upon request. Please ensure that your dog is housebroken and that all pet waste will be cleaned up and disposed of properly. As the owner, we ask that you always keep your pet under control at all times and report any pet related damages. *Only dogs are allowed, we do not accept cats. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, backyard, garage and driveway during their stay. *We do respectfully ask guests to be wash any sand off before entry into the property. There is keyless entry. You will be provided with a door code for the front door and the side door the day of your stay approximately 1 hour prior to check in. There is a 2 car driveway available for guests to use. There is also free street parking in front of the home where available. Please be respectful of neighbors, other driveways and properties when parking. Other things to note Please note there are steps to enter the home in the front and in the backyard. This is a ranch style home so there are no interior stairs. Please note, if you change a reservation date or quantity of persons there may be additional fees or a difference in rates/price. Brigantine Beach requires Beach Tags which 4 will be provided for your use. *Please be sure to return all Beach Tags prior to your departure. Failure to return will result in a $40 replacement fee per. Keep in mind, it can get very windy being so close to the shore, so please be advised and keep things secure as needed. Brigantine is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds. We provide a personalized house guide for your convenience and enjoyment which has information about the home and the area as well as suggestions and recommendations for your stay.
