(There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps). The sliding glass door opens to a small outdoor balcony perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail before heading to the Beach or Boardwalk! The kitchen is brand new with beautiful countertops, cabinets, stainless steel appliances and all the amenities you will need to prepare meals. The 2nd floor has 2 spacious ensuite bedrooms designed with comfort and style in mind, which comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a king size bed, a vanity/desk table, closet storage and a full bath with a tub. The other bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, a desk, a dresser, closet storage and a full bath with a stand-up shower. Each bedroom has tasteful decor and include wall mounted smart TV’s (there is no cable, just streaming apps) and cozy bed linens. To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed. The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and much more! The unit is in a complex on a beach block directly across from Ocean Resort & Casino and next to The Showboat Hotel. Take a lovely, quick stroll to the boardwalk and beach. The unit comes with one assigned parking space which will be provided to you with your check in directions. (Please note you may only use the 1 designated and assigned parking spot in the complex, parking in unauthorized spaces can result in towing. There is no on street parking in this vicinity. But the Ocean Casino parking garage is directly across the street if you have an additional vehicle that you require parking for.) Please note that like many areas of the city, the complex parking lot has the possibility of puddling or flooding when it rains. This factor is out of our control and we suggest parking at Ocean Casino across the street in the event that it becomes problematic. Please note that to enter the home there is a flight of stairs to the upper deck and front door. The entry leads into a dining area with a table to seat 8 and a large open concept kitchen stocked with new appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure.
