(There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps). The sliding glass door opens to a small outdoor balcony perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail before heading to the Beach or Boardwalk! The kitchen is brand new with beautiful countertops, cabinets, stainless steel appliances and all the amenities you will need to prepare meals. The 2nd floor has 2 spacious ensuite bedrooms designed with comfort and style in mind, which comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a king size bed, a vanity/desk table, closet storage and a full bath with a tub. The other bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, a desk, a dresser, closet storage and a full bath with a stand-up shower. Each bedroom has tasteful decor and include wall mounted smart TV’s (there is no cable, just streaming apps) and cozy bed linens. To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed. The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and much more! The unit is in a complex on a beach block directly across from Ocean Resort & Casino and next to The Showboat Hotel. Take a lovely, quick stroll to the boardwalk and beach. The unit comes with one assigned parking space which will be provided to you with your check in directions. (Please note you may only use the 1 designated and assigned parking spot in the complex, parking in unauthorized spaces can result in towing. There is no on street parking in this vicinity. But the Ocean Casino parking garage is directly across the street if you have an additional vehicle that you require parking for.) Please note that like many areas of the city, the complex parking lot has the possibility of puddling or flooding when it rains. This factor is out of our control and we suggest parking at Ocean Casino across the street in the event that it becomes problematic. Please excuse the complex's appearance- it is under new management and the HOA is currently doing renovations and landscaping to maintenance the building and grounds. Please be aware Atlantic City is a multi cultural city style area, and this complex is mostly vacation rentals and working class Atlantic City residents. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Booking age requirement is 21 or over. There is a 10pm City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night. We ask that you please respect the neighbors, other units, the complex property and the home. There is no tolerance for individuals and groups that will be disruptive or disrespectful within this complex. There are also many local eateries located close to the property. THE SPACE Upon entering the home, there is a vestibule area with a bench, perfect for kicking off your shoes. In the front of the home there is also a deck with 2 chairs to relax outdoors and enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail. Please note that to enter the home there is a flight of stairs to the upper deck and front door. The entry leads into a dining area with a table to seat 8 and a large open concept kitchen stocked with new appliances and many amenities for your cooking pleasure. There are also additional bar stool seating along the counter top in the kitchen. Off of the dining area is a roomy living room with a comfortable couch and a large TV. New stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertop, and well stocked with everything you will need. There is a half bathroom on the main floor right off the kitchen. As well as a themed game/entertainment room at the back of the house called the "Coke Room". This room has a "Coca-Cola" inspired Atlantic City wall mural hand painted by a very talented local artist. There is also a "Coca-Cola" high top table and stools, a smart TV, a Pac-Man Arcade style game, and other games to hang out and have some fun with! There are sliding glass doors in this room that go out to a small deck that overlooks the backyard. There are adirondack chairs on the deck so you can relax in the outdoor space.
