The main level has a living room with 2 sleeper sofas, a tv (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps), a dining space and a half bathroom. The kitchen has all the appliances and amenities you will need for meals. There is a drinks station with accessories to whip up your favorite cocktail. The second level of the home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom 1- 1 King Bed with a full ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2- 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 3- 1 King Bed There is an upper sitting balcony off of Bedroom 3 at the front of the house. To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels, and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed. There is off street parking where available. You will be provided with residential parking permits to use in designated areas with applicable signage if needed. There is a very narrow driveway on the side of the house that will only fit 1 very small vehicle, it will not be suitable for larger vehicles. (Please note that we do not supply charcoal, grill accessories, or firewood) The home has an open concept common area with a comfortable living room, dining area and kitchen. There is a large TV and roomy seating area in the living room (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps). The dining table accommodates 4, and there are 2 stools for the kitchen bar counter.
