The unit comes with one assigned parking space which will be provided to you with your check in directions. (Please note that you cannot on street park any vehicles in this vicinity. But the Ocean Casino parking garage is directly across the street if you have an additional vehicle that you require parking for.) Please note that like many areas of the city, the complex parking lot has the possibility of puddling or flooding when it rains. This factor is out of our control and we suggest parking at Ocean Casino across the street in the event that it becomes problematic. The living room has a comfortable sectional couch, a chair and ottoman, coffee table, end tables and a large TV (There is no cable for the TV, just streaming apps). It is warm, inviting and tastefully decorated. There is a dining area that will seat 6-8 which overlooks into the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all newer appliances, coffee machine, cookware, soaps and other amenities. This main floor is wonderful for enjoying a getaway with family of friends, as the layout is ideal for interacting with one another. Whether watching TV in the living room, playing a game in the dining area or cooking a meal in the kitchen, all groups will be able to converse and interact well within this beautiful space.
