With tasteful decor and an array of natural light, this space is a perfect location for a family or group to soak up all the best that Atlantic City has to offer. The main level has a great size living room with a large TV, a futon couch and ample seating, which leads into a kitchen that has all the appliances and amenities needed to prepare a meal. There is a dining table to seat up to 8, and various counter bar stools for additional seating. In addition to the living room, there is a lounge room with a large TV, comfy couch and a skeeball game table for loads of entertainment. There is a half bath on the main level. You may enjoy the backyard and deck which has 2 chairs perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail while soaking in the ocean air! There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room area, kitchen, laundry area, front porch, back deck, back yard and driveway. This home does also have a ramp on the side of the home with access to the back door. Upon entering the home through the front entrance, you will be greeted with an open concept common living space. The living room has a comfortable sectional couch, a chair and ottoman, coffee table, end tables and a large TV (There is no cable for the TV, just streaming apps). It is warm, inviting and tastefully decorated. There is a dining area that will seat 6-8 which overlooks into the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all newer appliances, coffee machine, cookware, soaps and other amenities. This main floor is wonderful for enjoying a getaway with family of friends, as the layout is ideal for interacting with one another. Whether watching TV in the living room, playing a game in the dining area or cooking a meal in the kitchen, all groups will be able to converse and interact well within this beautiful space. There is also a full bathroom on the main level off of the kitchen that has a stall shower. The upstairs 2nd level of the home has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. The 1st bedroom has 1 Queen Bed with a full trundle, the 2nd bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunk Bed with a twin trundle and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed. There also an additional twin fold out bed frame and mattress in the closet if needed for more sleeping arrangements, as well as an air mattress. Each bedroom also has a TV for your viewing pleasure, as well as ample closet and storage space. To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed. Off of the dining area is a roomy living room with a comfortable couch and a large TV (There is no cable for the TVs, only streaming apps). Off of the kitchen is a full bathroom, and off the other side is the door to the back deck. The back deck is a wonderful space to enjoy the outdoors, with seating area. The staircase to the second floor leads to 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom in the hallway. Please be sure the sleeping arrangements meet your needs. Our Story Cozy Cohost LLC was founded in 2020 by Paul and Ashley Stewart, a long-time couple originally from Long Island, New York who discovered a growing love for Atlantic City. Paul was previously a food broker for a nationwide corporate company, and Ashley is a former wedding and event designer/ planner who worked with prestigious clients within luxury locations throughout New York. Trips to the shore of Atlantic City became a regular occurrence for them to get away from their busy New York lifestyle. They commonly stayed within the hotels, but over time started gravitating outside of the Casinos to grasp and learn about the local side of Atlantic City. Which made them fall in love with AC even more! ​ After many years and taking many trips to Atlantic City, Paul decided to invest in AC and wanted to purchase a vacation home. After a year, he finally found the perfect house to invest in. They used the home themselves along with family and friends, and they began sharing it with many others by listing it on platforms for short term renting such as Airbnb and VRBO. They really enjoyed hosting and interacting with different people from all over. The home was performing wonderfully, the guests just loved it! ​ With that, several investors began to contact them for assistance and/or advice with their properties. Paul and Ashley’s passion for real estate and hospitality began to develop and grow, and they also soon realized that managing a property from afar was not an easy task. They recognized the need for comprehensive operational services not only for themselves, but for others like them who wanted to short term rent their investment properties. Firstly, they knew they could not have the issue of state to state distance any longer, so in March 2020 Paul convinced Ashley to take a great leap and risk the move to Atlantic City full time. Paul has a strong interest and knowledge base of real estate, especially the Atlantic City market. He also enjoys the History of Atlantic City, which is often portrayed in his property designs. Since getting involved in real estate, Paul has become very handy and executed many renovation and remodeling projects. He thoroughly enjoys getting his hands dirty and creating something unique and eye-catching for his clients and his guests. Although he works 24/7 (a host is never off), Paul does try to find time to dive into a good book, play hockey, enjoy the beach or have a fun night out in the wonderful City on the Atlantic! He is truly a man of many different talents, and hats! Ashley Stewart Ashley deals with the Creative and Administrative operations of the company. She has 18 years of design background and is an accredited and certified Interior Designer. In other words, she loves to hustle for the pretty things! Her business degree has helped contribute to the business while she handles all the clerical, accounting, purchasing and administrative duties. Her organizational skills and high attention to detail are also a huge perk to the company. In her (limited) spare time, Ashley enjoys gardening, flower arranging, DIY projects, the beach and spending time with “Pauly Hats”. She loves being resourceful and close to nature. Alanna Alanna is the Operations Manager of Cozy Cohost. She is practically the right hand and tactical protégé to the Cozy Couple, and her responsibilities include: well, a little bit of everything! She’s a jack of many trades to the Cozy Team and plays an important role to help assist with the everyday duties and operations of the business. She often carries the title of “Cozy Handy Ma'am''. With her skills, some tools and a large cup of coffee, Alanna is always prepared to repair, fix, or assemble something. She has enjoyed learning all the new things that Cozy Cohost has thrown her way! (And in this business that is an array of any and everything!) Alanna studied Finances at Rutgers University and has plans to complete a business degree in the near future. She has a work background that includes clerical positions as well as Union construction jobsites. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her boyfriend, family, and friends. She loves tattoos, live music concerts and she is most definitely a foodie that can easily be won over with some tacos! Nikki Nikki is the Cleaning Supervisor of Cozy Cohost. In other words, she has a detailed keen eye and runs a tight Cozy Cleaning Crew. There is no mess or task too much for Nikki! And when it comes to making beds, she is truly the master. No one can be put to the test to make a bed better than her! (Seriously, you will never see a bed so perfect!) Nikki is responsible for all the cleaning operations, training, and cleaning staff. She maintains a level of sparkle in all the Cozy properties, and even though the guests may not know her, we know they love and appreciate her high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Nikki’s hard work and dedication play a very huge role at Cozy Cohost for the overall care of the properties and guest experience. As someone who grew up in Atlantic City and is a local resident, Nikki takes pride in the city and the community. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and being with her children. She loves to grill and cook up a great meal, & of course she really enjoys cleaning! Nikki is very talented, and her hobbies include singing, doing hair, and crocheting. Walk out the front door, cross the street, and boom - BEACH! You are NOT next to casinos and craziness, so if thats your vibe this may not be the space for you. We're in a clean, residential area on the inlet that has amazed our guests for years. You'll see! Our home boasts a super-clean kitchen with brand new appliances, premium secure wifi, and flat-screen SMART TVs throughout. We've got three private bedrooms: -Master (King bed) -Guest (two double beds) -Family (two sets of bunk beds) There is a comfy couch and inflatables available for larger groups / families. Master bedroom has a full Home Office, complete with docking station, keyboard, 32" curved monitor, and HP wireless printer. Use the outdoor shower to wash the day's sand off, and unwind with a glass of wine on our covered front porch with gas fire pit. Round dining room table seats 7 and a 'kids table' with four additional seats. We've included a poker tabletop and chips if you can't get enough at the casinos. There is no clumsy key pickup or dropoff thanks to a web-enabled digital entry system. You will receive a door code an hour before check in. We can help arrange anything you need. Perfect for couples, a small family or a pair of friends, this apartment is a 10-12 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Less than a 5 minute walk to Tropicana Casino. Many local eateries nearby. Enjoy all that Atlantic City has to offer at the Starlite Studio! The space This cozy and cute space is made to make you feel right at home. The private entrance to this apartment is on the lower level of the home. The studio has a loveseat couch for 2 and a TV for your viewing pleasure. There is a kitchenette with basic amenities, a small refrigerator and a single burner for cooking small meals. There is a comfortable queen bed adorned with cozy linens, and a beautiful full bathroom that has a very large shower. The apartment is equipped with WIFI, and there is a guidebook with local suggestions and recommendations for your stay. There are no temperature controls in this apartment. The temperature is set at an average. There is a heater and a fan for guest use as well. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10pm city wide noise ordinance. The unit has a large living area with a dining table for 6, comfortable couches and a large smart TV with streaming apps for your viewing pleasure. (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps). The sliding glass door opens to a small outdoor balcony perfect to enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail before heading to the Beach or Boardwalk! The kitchen is brand new with beautiful countertops, cabinets, stainless steel appliances and all the amenities you will need to prepare meals. The 2nd floor has 2 spacious ensuite bedrooms designed with comfort and style in mind, which comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a king size bed, a vanity/desk table, closet storage and a full bath with a tub. The other bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, a desk, a dresser, closet storage and a full bath with a stand-up shower. Each bedroom has tasteful decor and include wall mounted smart TV’s (there is no cable, just streaming apps) and cozy bed linens. To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed. The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and much more! The unit is in a complex on a beach block directly across from Ocean Resort & Casino and next to The Showboat Hotel. Take a lovely, quick stroll to the boardwalk and beach. The unit comes with one assigned parking space which will be provided to you with your check in directions. (Please note you may only use the 1 designated and assigned parking spot in the complex, parking in unauthorized spaces can result in towing. There is no on street parking in this vicinity. But the Ocean Casino parking garage is directly across the street if you have an additional vehicle that you require parking for.) Please note that like many areas of the city, the complex parking lot has the possibility of puddling or flooding when it rains. This factor is out of our control and we suggest parking at Ocean Casino across the street in the event that it becomes problematic.
