The main level of the unit has a spacious living area with a dining table, cozy sectional couch, smart TV for your viewing pleasure (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps), and a half bathroom. The kitchen is outfitted with new appliances and all the features you will need to prepare meals. The 2nd floor has 2 spacious and hip designed ensuite bedrooms which comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a king size bed a full bath with a tub. The other bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds, a desk and a full bath with a stand-up shower. Each bedroom is tastefully designed and includes wall mounted smart TV’s and cozy bed linens. BEDROOM 1- 1 king size bed BEDROOM 2- 2 queen-sized beds To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed. The home is also equipped with Wifi, a standard drip coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and much more! The unit is in a complex on a beach block directly across from Ocean Resort & Casino and next to The Showboat Hotel. Take a lovely, quick stroll to the boardwalk and beach. The unit comes with one assigned parking space which will be provided to you with your check in directions. (Please note that you cannot on street park any vehicles in this vicinity. But the Ocean Casino parking garage is directly across the street if you have an additional vehicle that you require parking for.) Please note that like many areas of the city, the complex parking lot has the possibility of puddling or flooding when it rains. This factor is out of our control and we suggest parking at Ocean Casino across the street in the event that it becomes problematic. Please excuse the complex's appearance- it is under new management and the HOA is currently doing renovations and landscaping to maintenance the building and grounds.
