The space Beautiful 4th floor, fully renovated luxury One Bedroom Apartment, just a few blocks from the beach. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a fold down futon which converts to a double size. The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa for guests (the bed pulls out of the sofa). There is also an air mattress in the unit for guests use. The Unit has many amenities such as comfortable linens, towels, WiFi, full kitchen with all working appliances, Iron, shower products and other small things to provide you with a more comfortable stay. The living room has a TV with Xfinity X to use your favorite TV apps such as Netflix, Youtube, Prime Video, etc. As well as a Alexa ball mounted on the ceiling for guests use. There is a brand new Bathroom with custom shower, fixtures and more. The Kitchen has a small refrigerator, appliances to cook, basic cookware and coffee machine. The Windows in the living room and kitchen have a slight view of the Ocean and beach, the deck of the building has a great view of the City. PARKING: will be available in the back of the building in the back driveway. This Apartment is on the 4th floor. You have to walk up stairs to get to this unit. There is no elevator. GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have the entire 1 bedroom apartment. Guests will primarily enter in and out of the apartment through the back entrance on the 4th floor, unit 5. There is keyless entry and you will be provided with the door code the day of check in. The unit does have a door in the living room that exits to the front of the building as well.

NOTES: This Apartment is on the 4th floor. You have to walk up stairs to get to this unit. There is no elevator. The unit has two air conditioner window units, one in the bedroom window and one in the living room window. The building is an older building, so the temperature is regulated and preset for the whole building. There is no seperate temperature control in the apartment. It can sometimes get very warm so that is why we leave the air conditioner units for guests to use. Each radiator does have a shut off valve on the bottom left and can be turned off individually if it’s to hot. We also have another unit in the property that can be booked as well for extra space if needed.
