The space

This adorable 1 Bedroom unit has been decorated with an artsy and creative style. A touch of inspiration from renowned artists and a very special collaboration with a very talented local artist, help create an inviting and interesting setting.

Enjoy this space with all the comforts and convenience to make for a perfect stay. A blend of visual elements, vibe and warmth will greet you as you step inside. The unit has a spacious living area with a dining table, cozy futon, smart TV for your viewing pleasure (There is no cable, just streaming apps), and a desk for a workspace.

Enjoy the unique wall murals designed and hand painted by the local artist Valerie Feo of So Val Art, as well as various classic art pieces and decor styles. Valerie is an American figurative artist whom we had the pleasure of collaborating with to create the aesthetic of Terrazzo Terrace. Valerie's work is colorful, pronounced and expressive which helped inspire us for this unique and interesting space. So much that perhaps we should have called it So Val Villa?

The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and all the features you will need to prepare meals.

The bedroom has a king size bed, a small dresser, luggage racks, a TV (No cable) and cozy linens. There is one bathroom.

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

The home is also equipped with Wifi, an air mattress, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and much more!

The unit is in a complex on a beach block directly across from Ocean Resort & Casino and next to The Showboat Hotel. Take a lovely, quick stroll to the boardwalk and beach. The unit comes with one assigned parking space which will be provided to you with your check in directions. (Please note that you cannot on street park any vehicles in this vicinity. But the Ocean Casino parking garage is directly across the street if you have an additional vehicle that you require parking for.)

Please note that like many areas of the city, the complex parking lot has the possibility of puddling or flooding when it rains. This factor is out of our control and we suggest parking at Ocean Casino across the street in the event that it becomes problematic.

Please excuse the complex's appearance- it is under new management and the HOA is currently doing renovations and landscaping to maintenance the building and grounds.

Please be aware Atlantic City is a multi cultural city style area, and this complex is mostly vacation rentals and working class Atlantic City residents.

This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

There is a 10pm City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night. We ask that you please respect the neighbors, other units, the complex property and the home. There is no tolerance for individuals and groups that will be disruptive or disrespectful within this complex. Please read our house rules and send a message to your host that you agree to the terms when booking this property.

Guest access

Guests will have access the entire 1 bedroom ground floor unit. Please be respectful to the neighbors and residents within the complex.

There is keyless entry to enter the unit. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. The property is protected by Ring Doorbell Security.

Please note- There is no washer or dryer at this location. There is no outdoor space/furniture. There is a unit above so there is the potential for regular noise or foot noise.

Please be advised, we have a locked mailbox so if you mail anything to the property it may end up in the locked mailbox. We will not have access to the mailbox, so we advise to either not ship items there or to please add "leave at door" to your delivery instructions. We are not responsible for any items guests have shipped to the home.

Please note, if you change a reservation date or quantity of persons there may be additional fees or a difference in rates/price.

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Atlantic City Beaches are free so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities.
