Get ready to feel at home in a comfortable setting with many wonderful amenities to offer, right at the water's edge! It is located in the heart of Atlantic City approximately 3 blocks from the Atlantic City Boardwalk and Beach. A few minutes away from The Casinos, The Walk at Tanger Outlets, Steel Pier Amusement Pier and much more! Perfect for a family or groups of friends coming on a retreat.

There is also a queen air mattress.

There are smart TVs to stream shows or movies in the living room and 2 bedrooms upstairs. (There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps)

Whether indoors or outdoors, all the spaces of this property are wonderful to enjoy with family or friends to create many memories! The property is approximately 3 blocks from the beach!

The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, a beach cart with several beach chairs, and much more!

***There is no driveway at this property. It is on street parking only. Parking can be difficult, depending on availability.

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels, and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

There is a gas grill available for use. Please note that guests must provide their own propane.

The Boat Dock is deepwater - PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ANY USE OF THE DOCK IS IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you would like to bring your boat, we are happy to accommodate, but we do request a waiver to be signed

Guest access

You will have full access to the home & outdoor spaces.

Please be respectful to all neighbors while being outdoors or parking.

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Other things to note

There is keyless entry to enter the property. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

This property has stairs to enter, stairs to go to the 2nd floor and stairs to exit to the back deck.

The property is protected by exterior Security Devices.

*There is NO SMOKING OR PETS permitted in this property. If you smoke outdoors, please be respectful and dispose of any cigarettes properly.

No parties or events allowed, all guests must abide by local noise regulations

The large dock is deepwater.....bring your boat!
