We would like to warmly welcome you to SunKissed Casa, by the Atlantic Family Investment Group! Step into this stylish and trendy 3 bedroom, 2 & a half bath home which has just been newly updated and designed. Set in the heart of Uptown Atlantic City, this home is cozy, comfortable and will provide all the amenities for a perfect stay! Nestled away in a wonderful location, less than 5 minutes from the famous Atlantic City Beach, Boardwalk and Ocean Resort and Casino. Come be SunKissed in AC!

This rental is for the entire home. Upon entering you will be greeted with an open concept living space on the main level. The living room has 2 designer couches, a coffee table and a large TV. There is a dining table to seat 6 people and a large open kitchen layout. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, a coffee station and cookware you will need. There is a half bathroom on the main floor right off the kitchen. As well as a game/entertainment room at the back of the house. This room has beautiful greenery wall, various games and a smart TV for your entertainment. There are also sliding doors that go out to a small deck in that back that has adirondack chairs for a relaxing outdoor space. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom suite will be like stepping into your own oasis. It is beautifully decorated and has 1 comfortable king size bed with luxurious linens. The full master bathroom is spacious and has a make up station and a bidet attachment. The 2nd bedroom has 1 twin bed and 1 queen bed with a smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds with a smart TV. All beds are adorned with cozy quilts and luxurious linens. We provide bath towels, wash cloths, shampoo and body soap for your stay. All the bedrooms have luggage racks in the closets for your convenience. There is a gas grill in the back yard for your use. *Please note that we do not supply the propane. You may bring your own tank. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10pm City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night. We ask that you please respect the neighbors and respect the home. Please read our house rules and send a message to your host that you agree to the terms when booking this property.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access the to the entire home during their stay. There is keyless entry. You will be provided with a door code for the front door and the side door the day of your stay approximately 1 hour prior to check in. There is a 2 car driveway at the back of the home available for guests to use. There is also free street parking in front of the home and on the side of the home where available.
