The space

The home is ready for your seaside retreat! Located in the great inlet neighborhood, just a quick stroll to beach and boardwalk, just minutes away from Gardner's Basin, casinos, and all the hustle and bustle of Atlantic City!

Enjoy Hot Bagels right next door to the house! And other attractions and eateries within walking distance.

The Main Level of the home has a living room, kitchen, full bathroom with tub, and 1 Bedroom. There is a large smart TV in the living room. The kitchen has new appliances and a table with 4 stools.

(There is no cable for the TVs just streaming apps)

Upstairs Level of the home has 3 bedrooms and 1 ensuite half bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.

Bedroom 2 - "Spa Room" - 1 Queen Bed, en suite half bathroom and jacuzzi tub, TV

Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Bed and TV

Bedroom 4 - 1 King Bed and TV

Additional Sleeping - There is a futon in Bedroom 4 and 1 air mattress provided for additional sleeping.

***This is a second level unit. There is a flight of stairs to enter the unit, and another flight of stairs to the upper 3rd level.

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels, and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

The home has Wifi, and the exterior of the home is protected by Ring Security.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. This is an attached property, so there is another attached residence to the right. We have no affiliation to the neighboring unit.

There is another separate 1 bedroom unit below this one. Both units share the main door into the property but have their own separate unit door entrances. There is no accessibility, adjoining, or shared spaces between the 2 units. Please be respectful of the lower units and other guests.

Being these are attached and adjoining properties and units, there may be the potential for noise. In the event of any disturbances, please reach out and we will do our best to have it resolved.

There is keyless entry. You will be provided with a door code for the front door the day of your stay, approximately 1 hour prior to check in.

There is no driveway or designated parking. Street parking is available at this property. Please be courteous to the neighbors when parking. Do not block driveways or sidewalks. Please be advised that since the property is close to the beach, there may be a lot of beachgoers on the block at times.

Other things to note

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels, and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed. Amenities include sheets for beds, quilts, hand towels, one bath towel/wash cloth per guest, toilet paper, paper towel, soaps and basic kitchenware/appliances (stove, oven, microwave, iron, ironing board, hairdryer). There is no washer and dryer on site.

This is a Duplex property with a 1 bedroom vacation rental unit below. Both units enter through the main front door and have separate entrances for each unit.

The front patio is a shared space with the lower unit. Guests can use front patio but we ask that guests not to use the front patio before 10am or after 9pm

Atlantic City is a multi cultural city style area. The neighborhood is mostly vacation rentals and working class Atlantic City residents. Being it is a city and there are other properties nearby, there is always a potential for noise.

Atlantic City Beaches are free, so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities. Guests must bring their own beach towels, beach items, and anything else not listed in the amenities that they may need. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions regarding amenities.

Please be respectful of the neighbors. No loud music, no parties, and no events. There is a 10pm city wide noise ordinance.

Please note, if you change a reservation date or quantity of persons, there may be additional fees or a difference in rates/price.

Atlantic City is a barrier island, and due to the soft soil ants and other critters, it can be a common sighting in residential households.
