The space With an abundance of natural light, an outside balcony, and wonderful amenities, enjoy this space with all the comforts and convenience to make for a perfect stay. A blend of style, vibe and warmth will greet you as you step inside. The unit has a spacious living area with a dining table, cozy sectional couch, smart TV for your viewing pleasure, and a shuffleboard table to provide hours of fun entertainment. Enjoy the striking and unique wall mural designed and hand painted by a local Atlantic City artist which features the “Run AC” logo, the historic diving horse, and the amazing observation wheel. The sliding glass door open to a spacious outdoor balcony with seating. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and all the features you will need to prepare meals. The 2nd floor has 2 spacious and hip designed ensuite bedrooms which comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a king size bed, a desk, 2 roomy closets and a full bath with a tub. The other bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a full-sized bed, a desk, 2 roomy closets and a full bath with a stand-up shower. Each bedroom is tastefully designed and includes wall mounted smart TV’s and cozy bed linens. To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and basic amenities are provided. The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and much more! The unit is in a complex on a beach block directly across from Ocean Resort & Casino and next to The Showboat Hotel. Take a lovely, quick stroll to the boardwalk and beach. The unit comes with one assigned parking space which will be provided to you with your check in directions. (Please note that you cannot on street park any vehicles in this vicinity. But the Ocean Casino parking garage is directly across the street if you have an additional vehicle that you require parking for.) This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10pm City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night. We ask that you please respect the neighbors, other units, the complex property and the home. Please read our house rules and send a message to your host that you agree to the terms when booking this property.

Guest access Guests will have access the entire 2 level unit and the outdoor balcony. Please be respectful to the neighbors when being outdoors. There are exterior stairs to enter the unit, and a set of interior stairs in the unit to the 2nd floor bedrooms and the bathrooms. There is keyless entry to enter the unit. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. The property is protected by Ring Doorbell Security.
