The space

Completely renovated from top to bottom in 2020, this uniquely designed home is an amazing Playce to have a memorable stay! The home features several murals and works of art by local and international artists making it one of a kind!

The schedule is fully up to date. If it shows as available, it is but is on instant book so first come first serve. If it’s blocked, that means it’s booked and is NOT available.

Our prices are up to date and non-negotiable. Our houses are unique and unlike anything else in AC. Respectfully, requests for negotiations will not be answered.

This house cannot accommodate more than 10 guests. Large Parties and events with more than 10 are strictly prohibited. Please keep in mind I live around the corner, am good friends with the neighbor, and actively check on all of our listings

The open concept on the first floor is ideal for hosting your group and entertaining! When entering from the front porch the living room offers a smart tv (There is no cable for the TVs, just streaming apps) , comfortable seating and an open view of the kitchen. The den area in the back features an ivy wall with neon sign and Polart skull stools- the perfect photo op! There a backyard (with a small charcoal grill for guests to use, guests must provide their own charcoal and supplies) and continues to the party room garage space- great for a separate area to hang out. The first floor also has a powder room.

The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms- one with a tub, one with a large shower. There is plenty of room to get ready before heading out for the night. The infamous boob wall is a must for picture taking as well. All bedrooms have comfortable memory foam mattresses. The front and middle bedrooms have views of the water at the inlet.

The house sleeps 10. Please review bedding layouts when considering space and comfort.

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

There is a 2 car driveway parking and ample free street parking in from (please limit to 3 cars total and remain respectful to the neighbors when parking)

All guests MUST be over 21 and registered prior to your stay and max guests allowed is 10. Groups with more than 10 will have to rent an additional or larger house. We reserve the right to cancel your stay at any time if rules are not followed

We understand a lot of people come for celebrations. Keep in mind there is a city wide noise ordinance of 10pm-7am. THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL/ FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD. Please be respectful of neighbors. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the listing.

We will consider pets but they must be pre-approved, meet our insurance guidelines, and there is a $40/night fee. You are fully responsible for damages, stains, and abiding by our pet rules. Not all breeds are allowed. Failure to follow rules can result in loss of security deposit and/or immediate eviction.

If you have groups larger than 10 (10 or more people) please consider renting 2+ houses. Rockwell, Boho, Casa Verde, Imani and Paloma are all within a few steps of each other on the same street. Boho and Casa Verde actually adjoin. Imani Playce is one block away. Bad & Beachy is about 1.5 blocks away and sleeps 12-14. Our largest house, Icon Playce sleeps up to 17 and has panoramic rooftop views.

Location: please keep in mind this is a city so there is potential for noise and other similar issues. Be aware of your surroundings. This house is 1 block from the boardwalk & approximately 3.5 blocks to the inlet and ocean beach entrances.

Guest access

Full access to the townhouse, patio, back yard, and party garage. Please be mindful that this is an attached unit.

There is keyless entry. You will be provided with a door code for the front door the day of your stay, approximately 1 hour prior to check in.

Other things to note

There is a city wide noise ordinance to be mindful of which is 10 PM, this is not just our policy, it’s for all Airbnb’s in AC. While we understand that a lot of groups come to have a good time please remain respectful. Please be respectful of the neighbors. No loud music, no parties, and no events.

Please keep in mind that our properties are very busy with guests consistently so minor wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections may be possible. We do try to the best of our ability to correct things in an efficient manner but in some cases we may be faced with a time restriction between reservations.

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property. If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options, we are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

Atlantic City Beaches are free, so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities. Guests must bring their own beach towels, beach items, and anything else not listed in the amenities that they may need. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions regarding amenities.
