The space

Renovated from top to bottom in 2021 this uniquely designed home is an amazing place to relax in style and comfort. The home features unique faux finishes, murals, and designed to make you feel like you’re in a bohemian retreat

Our schedule is fully up to date. If it shows as available, it is but is on instant book so first come first serve. If it’s blocked, that means it’s booked and is NOT available.

Our prices are up to date and non-negotiable. Our houses are unique and unlike anything else in AC. Respectfully, requests for negotiations will not be answered.

Some weekends and holidays require 2+ day stays. IF YOUR DATES ARE BOOKED, PLEASE ASK ABOUT OUR OTHER LISTINGS. Each house has a different theme and can be found by searching the hashtag or name of the 'playce'

The open concept on the first floor is amazing for hosting your group and making a big dinner or hiring a chef. When entering from the back porch driveway side the kitchen, dining, and living are open concept with a 1/2 bath as well. The 2 car driveway is next to an area that will feature a fire pit and has a porch.

The 2nd floor has 3 nice size rooms and 2 full bathrooms- one with a tub, one with a large shower- plenty of room to get ready before heading out for the night. All bedrooms have comfortable memory foam mattresses. The front bedrooms has views of the water at the inlet.

This home is is special to us because the pink, beige, and oranges offer a calm chill space with a perfect IG blogger aesthetic. The party room features a beautiful space to lounge, host a bridal shower or bachelorette, or just take cool pics

All guests MUST be over 21 and registered prior to your stay and max guests allowed is 9. Groups with more than 9 will have to rent an additional or larger house. We reserve the right to cancel your stay at any time if rules are not followed

The house sleeps 9. Please review bedding layouts when considering space and comfort.

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

If you have groups larger than 9 people please consider renting 2+ houses. Rockwell, Boho, Casa Verde, and are all within a few steps of each other on the same street. Imani and Bad and Beachy are 1 block away as well.

Other things to note

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property.
