The space

Wake up to the sound of waves, take in a rooftop sunrise, then make your way to the beach or spend your time on the private roof top. This is one of the most unique homes in AC. While this property looks like a hotel or bed and breakfast from the outside, the whole house is yours to enjoy a few days of relaxation and unparalleled beautiful views.

Located steps from the beach entrance, it doesn’t get any more convenient. 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower.

Layout is as follows:

1st floor:

-Foyer with travertine tile and grand crystal chandelier

-Bedroom 1- king bed, queen sleeper, full length mirrors, private terrace. Sleeps 4

-Bedroom 2- king bed, twin bed, large walk in closet, 1 rollaway memory foam bed (in closet). Sleeps 4

-Bedroom 3- two (2) queen beds, floor to ceiling mirrors. Sleeps 4

-Bathroom 1- double vanity, tub/shower combo

-Bathroom 2- shower stall, laundry, private toilet

-Garage for storage with a couple bikes and beach chairs (guests are still encouraged to bring their own)

2nd floor:

-Open concept living/dining/kitchen

-Bathroom 3- powder room off of entertaining space

-bar with wine fridge and ice maker (so helpful when you have a large group)

-wrap around balcony with ample seating and amazing views. Grill for your use (guests are responsible for their own propane)

-Bedroom 4 suite with bathroom 4- king bed, twin bed, ceiling fan, floor to ceiling mirrors, bathroom with jacuzzi jet tub, separate shower, double vanity, private toilet. Sleeps 3

3rd floor suite:

-Bedroom 5/Bath 5- 1,200 sq ft room with tons of windows and views of the water, king bed facing the water, dining area, twin bed (in separate space- the 6th bedroom), sectional, 55" smart tv, 2 balconies overlooking the ocean. Sleeps 3.

-large walk in shower with rainhead, double vanity, large 2 person jacuzzi tub with water views

-large laundry room with washer, dryer, iron

4th floor:

1000 sq ft roof top with unparalleled views of the ocean, inlet, brigantine bridge including 2 gazebos with lounge chairs, hanging chairs, baby pool, sectional, and the city's ONLY crow's nest with incredible 340 degree views

4 car driveway and free street parking (limit to 5 cars total please)

This is the perfect home for family reunions, small weddings, bachelorettes, or just a relaxing weekend away. Can be booked with Bliss Playce just a few doors away for larger groups. If you are interested in weddings or events but don't see availability in our calendar, we can open it up fo you. Additional fees apply to weddings and events along with a separate contract. No more than 20 guests without prior approval in writing.

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

This is truly one of the most unique beachfront homes in all of Atlantic City and the surrounding areas.

Brand new carpet installed in 2021 therefore we respectfully have to decline pets.

The elevator is currently in service. If you are interested/need access please contact us BEFORE booking! No unattended children in the elevator

Other things to note

This is in a lively beach area during the summer. There is the chance for noise from music, cars, and people. We can't control this and it does not warrant a refund however we do have a local community officer that we can call at any time if it were to become bothersome.

There is a 10pm noise ordinance in all of Atlantic City. Please be respectful of neighbors

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Please keep in mind that our properties are very busy with guests consistently so minor wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections may be possible. We do try to the best of our ability to correct things in an efficient manner but in some cases we may be faced with a time restriction between reservations.
