Haven Heights

This is an attached townhome in the Chelsea Heights area of Atlantic City. Located off of Route 40, and just minutes from the Casinos, Beach, Boardwalk, and all of the action of Atlantic City! Nearby are restaurants such as Vagabond, the Wonder Bar & Knife, and Fork. ***This property is not within walking distance to the beach or boardwalk.

The home has been newly renovated and designed with tasteful and comfortable décor to make you feel at home. There are 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The space is a perfect location for a family or group to soak up all the best that Atlantic City has to offer within a short drive.

The main level has a living room with a large cable and smart TV (There is no cable for the TVs, just streaming apps), comfortable chairs and a futon couch that folds down for an additional sleeping arrangement. (*it is not a pull out couch with a mattress, just a futon style couch that folds).

There is a kitchen table to seat 4. The kitchen has brand new appliances and all the amenities needed to prepare a meal.

A door from the kitchen exits to the back patio and backyard space. There is also half bath on the 1st level. You may enjoy the backyard with some seating and much space to hang out.

The 3rd floor has 3 bedrooms, with a total of 3 beds. (total of 1 queen and 2 full sized beds). Each bedroom is tastefully designed and includes closets, luggage racks, cozy bed linens, and a desk. There are TV's in 2 of the bedrooms. ***There are also air mattresses for additional sleeping arrangements if needed.

There is 1 full bathroom with a tub in the hallway upstairs for all the bedrooms to share.

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels, and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and much more!

Please note that there are stairs to the 2nd floor of the home.

There is a driveway at the back of the home for off-street parking.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

There is a 10pm City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night. We ask that you please respect the neighbors, their privacy, and their properties. Please read our house rules and send a message to your host that you agree to the terms when booking this property.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire home and the backyard.

There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

In addition to the driveway in the back, there is also on street parking so guests may park directly in front of the home or where available if needed. Please be respectful of the neighbors and their properties when parking. We do strongly suggest using the driveway space.

***Please be advised of any applicable city street signs or restrictions when parking on the street. Please read and follow parking signage posted on the street, which indicates handicap parking or the specific days/times that parking restrictions may be in place and follow alternate parking requirements. We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

The home is equipped with WIFI and protected by exterior Ring camera security in the front and back of the home.

Please note, if you change a reservation date or quantity of persons there may be additional fees or a difference in rates/price.

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Atlantic City Beaches are free so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities.

Although the home is not in a walkable distance to attractions, it is just a quick drive to all the action!
