The space

The home is adorable and perfect for a retreat! Freshly designed, it has charm from the inside out. Located in the Ventnor City close to all and just a quick ride to the hustle and bustle of Atlantic City.

There are a total of 4 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms. The home can accommodate up to 10 guests but please review the sleeping arrangements to be sure it will be suitable for your group and needs.

Below is the layout of the 3 levels of the home:

Enjoy the pool room with a wet bar area for some fun and entertainment on the ground level of the home. There is a Bedroom, off of the pool room.

Bedroom 1- 2 Full Beds which has an ensuite Full Bathroom.

There is also an outdoor patio in the back with an outdoor shower.

The 2nd level home has a living room, dining area, full kitchen and a sunroom.

The 3rd level of the home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

Bedroom 4 - 1 Full Bed

*Bedroom 2 and 3 have a connecting Full Bathroom and there is a Full Bath in the hallway that has a jacuzzi tub.

There are TV's with streaming apps in each bedroom and the living room.

Driveway for off street parking to fit 2 vehicles.

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

The home has Wifi and the exterior of the home is protected by Ring Security.

There are 10 beach tags for guests to use. Sometimes guests misplace them. *** Please be sure to return them prior to your departure. There will be a $20 fee for any missing/lost beach tags.

Guest access

You will have full access to the home and driveway.

Ventnor City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Other things to note

There is keyless entry to enter the property. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

*There is NO SMOKING OR PETS permitted in this property. If you smoke outdoors, please be respectful and dispose of any cigarettes properly.

This home has interior stairs.

No parties or events allowed, all guests must abide by local noise regulations Please be respectful of the neighbors. No loud music, no parties and no events. There is a 10pm city wide noise ordinance.
