It has a large living room, roomy dining room, full stocked kitchen and an eating nook making it perfect for families and large groups.

This is a very old home, so there are signs of regular wear and tear.

GUEST ACCESS Guest will have access to the entire home other then the basement. The basement of this house has a small apartment that the owner occasionally stays in when in the city. It is not regularly occupied.

NOTES This house does not have central air but there are window air conditioner units and ceiling fans in each bedroom. There is also a window air conditioner on the main level in the living room.

**There is small 1 bedroom apartment in the basement and we have 1 single tenant who resides there. She works a lot and is usually not home.
