THE SPACE This ranch style home features a living room, kitchen, dining nook and gaming area along with three bedrooms and 1 full bath. There also a front porch and a back deck equipped with outdoor furniture. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV for your viewing pleasure, closets and/or dressers, and comfortable full size beds adorned with cozy linens. The living room has ample seating along with a large TV. The dining area has a large corner table to enjoy meals, along with a common gaming area that has a foosball table and a beverage fridge. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with new appliances and cooking amenities. There is also a washer and dryer. (We do not supply detergents) The home has a very spacious fenced back yard. The deck has patio furniture for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. There is also a horseshoe pit for outdoor fun. There is a driveway in the front of the home to fit a vehicle as well as ample street parking.

GUEST ACCESS Guests have access the entire home, front porch, driveway and backyard. The main entrance is through the front door on the front deck. This is a ranch style home so there are no interior stairs, but there are several steps up to the front door as well as off the deck in the backyard.

NOTES The home is equipped with WIFI and is protected by Ring security in the front and back of the home. There is a driveway at this property for a vehicle as well as ample street parking. If you park on the street, please be sure to be courteous to neighbors when parking. Do not block driveways or sidewalks. ***Please be advised of any city street signs when parking on the street, such as street cleanings. Please read and follow parking signage posted on the street, which indicates the specific days/times that parking restrictions may be in place and follow parking requirements.
