The space The Cadillac Blue is waiting for you! The owner newly designed and updated the home with guests in mind! Beautiful wood floors, brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, countertop stools and all the amenities that you will need to have a perfect stay! For dining, there is a table to comfortably fit 6 that has 4 chairs and 1 bench. There is also a pool table for your fun and entertainment, and a smart TV in the kitchen/pool table area to enjoy. Enjoy and cozy and comfortable living room with 2 couches and large smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The main level also has a newly designed full bathroom with a shower, and there is a washer and dryer. The front of the home has a lovely porch with a picnic table. There is a back door that will exit to the driveway where guests can park 2 vehicles. This 4-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 8 people with a total of 2 queen sized beds, 1 full size bed, a twin size bunk bed (2) and 1 twin size floor trundle bed. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor of the home, and each bedroom is tastefully designed and includes clothing storage/closets/luggage racks, smart TV’s, and luxurious bed linens. There is 1 beautiful brand-new full bathroom. To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and basic amenities are provided. The home is also equipped with Wifi, a Keurig coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and much more! This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10pm City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night. We ask that you please respect the neighbors and respect the home. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home during their stay. Please note that their are steps to enter the home at the front or back. As well as stairs up to the 2nd floor of the home. There is keyless entry. All guests will be provided with a door code for the front door or back door to enter. This access code as well as other information for your stay will be released approximately 1 hour prior to check in. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10PM City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night. There is a rental unit in the ground level of this property. There is no access between the separate dwellings. We ask that you please respect the home, the tenant and the neighbors. Please read our house rules and send a message to your host that you agree with the terms when booking this property.

Other things to note There is a 2 car driveway at the back of the home available for guests to use. You may also street park where available. Be courteous to the neighbors while parking. Do not block driveways or sidewalks. Please read and follow parking signage posted on the street, which indicates the specific days/times that parking restriction is in place and follow alternate parking requirements. We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence. Please note, if you change a reservation date or quantity of persons there may be additional fees or a difference in rates/price. Atlantic City Beaches are free so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities. We provide a personalized house guide for your convenience and enjoyment which has information about the home and the area as well as suggestions and recommendations for your stay.
