THE SPACE Upon entering the home, there is a vestibule area with large closets and an entry bench that has storage for shoes and other items. The entry leads in to the spacious living room and adjoining dining area which has 2 couches, a large TV and a large table to seat 8 for meals. This space is perfect for guests to relax and enjoy a comfortable setting. There is also a newly renovated full bathroom on the main level of the home with luxury features. The kitchen is large and open, with ample counter space, lots of cabinets and brand new luxury line appliances. The kitchen is stocked with basic cookware, dishware, glassware, utensils and much more! There is a separate beverage fridge, a Keurig coffee maker and a table to seat 4. Off of the kitchen is another dining and entertainment space with a table to seat 6, a large TV and a counter bar area with 3 stools. From this room, open the sliding doors and you will be greeted with a large deck which sits directly on the water. The deck has a propane grill, an outdoor table to seat 6 and 2 lounge chairs for sunning. (There is not access permitted to the lower portion of the deck and we do not provide propane for the grill) Upstairs on the 2nd floor of the home, there are 3 roomy bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Each bedroom has cozy and luxurious linens with ample closet space. The master bedroom has a King Bed, a chaise lounge couch and water views. The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen Bed and a desk for a designated work space. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Queen Beds and a dresser for clothing storage. We provide towels and other amenities for your stay. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10PM city wide noise ordinance. Please respect and adhere to the Quiet Hours of 10pm-7pm. We ask that you please respect the neighbors, the neighborhood and the home. Please monitor noise levels during the night. When booking, we ask that you please read our house rules and policies thoroughly and send a message to us that you agree to the terms.

GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. The guest entrance is through the front door. Please note that their are steps to enter this home. There is keyless entry to enter the home. Your host will provide you with the check in and access information the day of check in. There is a driveway at the home that will fit 1 vehicle. There is also a large driveway next door that our guests can use for parking up to 4 vehicles. You will provided with parking passes for the extra driveway that will be located at the home for your arrival. These are our own personal passes for the extra driveway as sometimes unfortunately unknown people try to park there, ao the passes are for us to know which vehicles are our guests. There is also street parking, but as available. There is also a parking garage at Stockton less than 2 minutes from the home. Guests will also have access to the deck. There is a gas grill, but please note that we do not supply propane. There is no access permitted to the lower portion of the deck, that is off limits

NOTES The home is equipped with Wifi. There is a keypad for entry into the home. You will be provided with the code for both doors by your host approximately an hour prior to check in. This home has stairs. There is a flight of stairs in the front of the home to enter and 1 flight up to the bedrooms. Atlantic City beaches are free to any visitors, no passes or tags are needed! We do have a gas grill for your usage. ***We do not supply propane*** Please be respectful of the neighbors. The homes on the water are close to one another so please keep noise down. No loud music, no parties and no events. There is a 10pm city wide noise ordinance.
