The space

Completely renovated from top to bottom in 2020, this uniquely designed home is an amazing Playce to have a memorable stay! Come enjoy the tasteful decor and comforts at Boho Playce!

The schedule is fully up to date. If it shows as available, it is but is on instant book so it is first come first serve. If it’s blocked, that means it’s booked and is NOT available.

Our prices are up to date and non-negotiable. Our houses are unique and unlike anything else in AC. Respectfully, requests for negotiations will not be answered.

This house cannot accommodate more than 9 guests. Large Parties and events with more than 9 are strictly prohibited. Please keep in mind I live around the corner, am good friends with the neighbor, and actively check on all of our listings

Living room offers a smart tv (There is no cable for the TVs, just streaming apps) and comfortable seating. A large kitchen which is great for entertaining and making meals. The den space behind the kitchen features a warm vibe with more seating to hang out. There is a backyard which continues to the entertainment room garage space. (You may not park in here or remove furniture. We’ve spent a lot of time designing and furnishing this garage space.) The first floor also has a powder room.

The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

The house sleeps 9. Please review bedding layouts when considering space and comfort.

To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and starter of basic amenities are provided. Once the provided amenities run out, guests must purchase their own as needed.

There is a 2 car driveway parking and ample free street parking in from (please limit to 3 cars total and remain respectful to the neighbors when parking)

All guests MUST be over 21 and registered prior to your stay and max guests allowed is 9. Groups with more than 9 will have to rent an additional or larger house. We reserve the right to cancel your stay at any time if rules are not followed

We will consider pets but they must be pre-approved, meet our insurance guidelines, and there is a $40/night fee. You are fully responsible for damages, stains, and abiding by our pet rules. Not all breeds are allowed. Failure to follow rules can result in loss of security deposit and/or immediate eviction.

Location: please keep in mind this is a city so there is potential for noise and other similar issues. Be aware of your surroundings. This house is 1 block from the boardwalk & approximately 3.5 blocks to the inlet and ocean beach entrances.

We understand a lot of people come for celebrations. Keep in mind there is a city wide noise ordinance of 10pm-7am. THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL/ FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD. Please be respectful of neighbors. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests on the listing.

MINIMUM AGE IS 21 for all guests not accompanied by a parent. We are not responsible for underage drinking. Absolutely no loud parties as this is a quiet neighborhood. You will be asked to leave immediately if neighbors complain

The house sleeps 9. Please review bedding layouts when considering space and comfort. If you have groups larger than 9 people please consider renting 2+ houses. Rockwell, Boho, Casa Verde, and Paloma are all within a few steps of each other on the same street. Boho and Casa Verde actually adjoin. The largest house, Bad & Beachy , is a 4 bedroom 3 bath with ocean views and sleeps 13-16 and is a block and a half from this property.

Guest access

The entire house, garage (bonus room), yard and driveway. Please be mindful that this is an attached unit.

There is keyless entry. You will be provided with a door code for the front door the day of your stay, approximately 1 hour prior to check in.

Other things to note

We do not provide propane for the tanks for the grills and guests are responsible for cleaning off the grill after usage.

There is a city wide noise ordinance to be mindful of which is 10 PM, this is not just our policy, it’s for all Airbnb’s in AC. While we understand that a lot of groups come to have a good time please remain respectful. Please be respectful of the neighbors. No loud music, no parties, and no events.

Please keep in mind that our properties are very busy with guests consistently so minor wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections may be possible. We do try to the best of our ability to correct things in an efficient manner but in some cases we may be faced with a time restriction between reservations.

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Do not send packages to the property via mail as we do not have access to the locked street mailboxes for the property. If there is something of priority that you need shipped please reach out to us directly for alternative options, we are not responsible for any items shipped to the property.

Atlantic City Beaches are free, so there are no tags or passes required. We do not provide beach amenities. Guests must bring their own beach towels, beach items, and anything else not listed in the amenities that they may need. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions regarding amenities.
