The space

This row home has been completely renovated, keeping some of the original details intact from 1901, including the window arches and hardwood stairs with vintage molding.

There are 4 floors of comfortable amenities, bedrooms and a special, fun entertainment space!

On the first floor you will find a large living room with flat screen TV which includes streaming apps and surround sound. The kitchen is equipped for eating and cooking! You will find an eat-in nook and dining area with seating for 4.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans to capture the ocean breeze.

The house has window air conditioner units to help keep you cool in the heat of the summer.

*There is no driveway or designated parking at this property. You may on street park where available. There will be 2 parking permits provided to use in areas that have restricted residential parking signage if needed. This is a beach block right off of the boardwalk so parking can be limited at times.

There also a Park Place paid parking lot 1 block over at the corner of Pacific Avenue and South Carolina Avenue, there is a Target Park 1 block over at 144 S Tennessee Avenue, or the Resorts Casino parking garage is 2 blocks over.

Guest access

You will have full access to all floors of the home.

Atlantic City is a barrier island and due to the soft soil ants and other critters can be a common sighting in residential house holds.

Other things to note

We have 4 beach chairs and 4 beach towels available for your use, and the Atlantic City beaches do not require beach tags.

There is also a pack and play for your child care needs.

There is keyless entry to enter the property. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip.

This property has stairs to enter, stairs to go to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors, and stairs to exit to the back.

The property is protected by exterior Security Devices.
