The space Step into a stylish and fun space with 1 Bedroom and 1 Full Bathroom, all newly renovated and designed. The one bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, adorned with cozy and luxurious linens. The bedroom has a dresser and closet for clothing storage as well as a smart TV for your viewing pleasure. The front living room space is cozy and bright, with a couch that rolls out to a sleeper. There is also a large smart TV. The kitchen is brand new, fully stocked with amenities and new appliances. There is an eating nook with 4 modern high stools and a charming coffee station perfect for a morning cup of brew. There is also an additional living space off of the kitchen that is a wonderful entertainment and game space with comfy chairs, board games and a 4-in-1 Swivel Game Table which features pool, foosball, air hockey and table tennis. In this space is the closet for the washer and dryer, which also encloses a rollaway folding Twin bed that can be used for additional sleeping arrangements. The home is also equipped with Wifi, a Keurig coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, air conditioning units/heat and much more! To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and basic amenities are provided. The apartment has it's own thermostat for temperature controls. This property is in a great vicinity to all that Atlantic City has to offer! Practically beachside, you can enjoy the sun and ocean, stroll the boardwalk and piers, visit eateries and bars, gamble at the nearby Casinos and shop till you drop at the Tanger Outlets. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10pm City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night. We ask that you please respect the neighbors and respect the home. Please read our house rules and send a message to your host that you agree to the terms when booking this property.

Guest access This apartment is the lower floor of a duplex. Guests will have access the entire downstairs apartment. There is another rental on the upper level, so please respectful to the neighbors and other guests during your stay. There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. The upper level guests share the same front entry but each apartment has it's own separate entrance. Since this is the lower unit, please be advised that there is the potential of hearing footsteps and regular noises from the above unit. There is no driveway at this property since it is a beach block. You will be provided with 2 parking passes that can be used near the apartment and adjacent blocks for areas that have restricted residential parking signage. There are also several paid parking lots and meters in the area if needed for additional vehicles, and we will provide you with information regarding using the lots with your check in information. There is also a parking garage right at Stockton University on Atlantic Avenue. ***Please be advised of city street signs when parking on the street. Please read and follow parking signage posted on the street, which indicates the specific days/times that parking restrictions may be in place and follow alternate parking requirements. We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence.

Other things to note We provide a personalized house guide for your convenience and enjoyment which has information about the home and the area as well as suggestions and recommendations for your stay. We live in the city and are available 24/7 for your guest services. - Cozy Cohost LLC Atlantic City beaches are free so there are no passes or tags required. We do no provide beach amenities.
