The space We welcome you to come chill at The Atlantic City Arctic House! This well-appointed home has beautiful wood floors through out, a gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, countertop stools and all the amenities that you will need to have a perfect stay. Enjoy a nicely designed, comfortable living room with ample seating and large TV for your viewing pleasure. There is a fenced in backyard patio with outdoor seating, a gas grill, and a basketball hoop. The historic Formica’s Bakery is 2 doors down and so close that you can literally smell their famous bread and treats baking! Take a very quick stroll to enjoy a cup of coffee and a delectable goodie. Right across the street from the home is the legendary White House Subs, known for the Best.Subs.Ever! Don’t miss out on filling up one of their amazing specialty submarine sandwiches! This 4-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 8 people with a total of 1 queen sized bed, 2 full sized beds and 2 twin sized beds. Each bedroom is tastefully designed and includes clothing storage, TV’s, and luxurious bed linens. There are 2 beautiful brand-new full bathrooms, 1 on the main level and 1 on the 2nd floor. To make your travels and stay easy and very enjoyable, all linens, towels and basic amenities are provided. The home is also equipped with Wifi, a coffee maker, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and much more! This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. There is a 10pm City Wide Noise Ordinance. Please monitor noise levels, especially at night. We ask that you please respect the neighbors and respect the home. Please read our house rules and send a message to your host that you agree to the terms when booking this property.

Guest access Guests will have access the entire home and back patio. Please be respectful to the neighbors and the surrounding homes and businesses. There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. There is no driveway at this property since it is in a central city like location. We strongly suggest guests to park at the Wave Garage on Fairmont and Mississippi Avenues which is a 4-minute walk to the property. You may street park where available, but the vicinity can become busy at times due to the location. The Wave Garage is very close, convenient, and reasonable for parking. ***Please be advised of city street signs when parking on the street. Please read and follow parking signage posted on the street, which indicates the specific days/times that parking restrictions may be in place and follow alternate parking requirements. We are not responsible for parking tickets due to negligence. The home is protected by exterior security and Ring Doorbell technology.

We live in the city and are available 24/7 for your guest services. - Cozy Cohost LLC Atlantic City beaches are free so there are no passes or tags required. We do no provide beach amenities.
